The inside of the drum shows all of the scribe layout lines for the assembly of the drum. Each hole for the attachment of the drum's spiral feed system is marked, along with the location of the rail itself.

The only marking on the drum is the number six, on the face of the drum at the five thirty position.

The crank handle is inserted into the hole on the back side of the drum. Which means the drum must be wound prior to being loaded into the gun and the crank removed.
