INTERESTING NOTE:

If you look closely at the scene behind the Thompson students, in the foreground of the cover image,

you will see troops examining a Thompson drawing of a cut away. On the black board are

instructions for the proper aiming of the Thompson sights.

THE NEW THOMPSON BOOK UPDATE:

The publisher (Collector Grade Books) and myself continue to hammer out the next

generation of history book on the Thompson. A working title of "The Ultimate Thompson

Book" has been used in discussions. The edition will be two volumes of about 400 to 500 pages

per volume. We will be using a lot of color images this time around. The history covered will

be from the beginning to present.

This is not a rehash book of American Legend. There will be some of the same information, but

there will be boat loads of new stuff.

The last two articles in this newsletter will give you an idea of what is in store.
